Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments. Prepare and submit reports. Maintain work records and logs. Organize warehouse and work areas. Co-ordinate activities with warehouse and production units. Keep track of shipments. Knowledge of cross border dispatching regulations and practices. Plan, organize and oversee operational logistics of the organization. Computer and technology knowledge: Dispatch management service software. Electronic mail. Database. MS Office. Work conditions and physical capabilities: Ability to work independently. Attention to detail. Hand-eye co-ordination. Weight handling: Up to 9 kg (20 lbs). Personal suitability: Client focus.
