Tasks: Direct and control daily operations . Evaluate daily operations . Plan and organize daily operations. Manage staff and assign duties. Determine merchandise and services to be sold. Implement price and credits policies. Locate, select and procure merchandise for resale. Develop and implement marketing strategies. Determine staffing requirements. Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints and supply shortages. Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations. Supervision: 11-15 people. Computer and technology knowledge: Point of sale system. Security and safety: Bondable. Transportation/travel information: Own transportation. Valid driver's licence. Work conditions and physical capabilities: Fast-paced environment. Handling heavy loads. Attention to detail. Combination of sitting, standing, walking.
