Education: Bachelor's degree. or equivalent experience. Number of participants: 50-99 participants. 200-400 participants. Over 400 participants. Tasks: Develop marketing and communication plans. Develop media strategies and public relations activities. Arrange for shipping, receiving and storage. Co-ordinate media services. Co-ordinate set-ups, staging, seating, parking, communication systems and other details for special events. Confirm and co-ordinate speakers. Implement registration systems. Implement social programs, food and beverage, transportation, and other services. Set up and monitor, or arrange for the setting up and monitoring of multi-media equipment. Research and design special events programs. Supervision: 5-10 people. Transportation/travel information: Willing to travel. Work conditions and physical capabilities: Attention to detail. Work under pressure. Fast-paced environment. Overtime required. Personal suitability: Client focus. Organized. Team player. Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years.
