Shape, lace and tie roasts, other meats, poultry and seafood. Cut meat and poultry into specific cuts for institutional, commercial or other wholesale use. Equipment and machinery experience: Manual cutting utensil. Power grinder. Slicing machine. Saws. Power cutting tools. Knives. Cleavers. Work conditions and physical capabilities: Work under pressure. Fast-paced environment. Standing for extended periods. Attention to detail. Physically demanding. Hand-eye co-ordination.
