Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate. Tasks: Receive and register documents for data entry. Enter data according to specified format. Store, update and maintain databases. Perform general office duties. Create digital records using a scanner. Computer and technology knowledge: Spreadsheet. MS Excel. MS Word. Internet. Area of specialization: Contracts. Invoices. Charts, tables, graphs and diagrams. Reports and records. Work conditions and physical capabilities: Tight deadlines. Repetitive tasks. Attention to detail. Hand-eye co-ordination. Sitting. Experience: Experience an asset. Support for newcomers and refugees: Participates in a government or community program or initiative that supports newcomers and/or refugees. Assists with immediate settlement needs of newcomers and/or refugees (for example: housing, transportation, storage, childcare, winter clothing, etc.). Supports social and labour market integration of newcomers and/or refugees (for example: facilitating access to community resources, language training, skills training, etc.).- LocationCalgary, AB
