*Position Overview:*
The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and revenue growth. This role requires a blend of creativity, strategic thinking, and analytical skills to effectively promote our energy efficiency products and services.
*Key Responsibilities:*
*Strategy Development:*
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with company goals.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive analysis.
*Campaign Management:*
- Plan, execute, and oversee marketing campaigns across various channels (digital, social media, print, radio, etc.).
- Measure and report on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
*Content Creation:*
- Collaborate with the creative team to produce compelling content, including blog posts, social media updates, newsletters, and promotional materials.
- Ensure all content is on-brand, consistent in style, quality, and tone of voice.
*Digital Marketing:*
- Manage and optimize digital marketing efforts, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media advertising.
- Monitor and analyze website analytics and performance metrics.
*Brand Management:*
- Maintain and enhance the company?s brand identity and reputation.
- Develop and manage brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all marketing efforts.
*Team Leadership:*
- Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals.
- Foster a collaborative and innovative team environment.
*Budget Management:*
- Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective strategies and campaigns.
- Track expenses and ROI, making adjustments as needed.
*Qualifications:*
- Bachelor?s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in marketing, with a proven track record of successful campaigns.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and tools.
- Excellent communication, writing, and presentation skills.
- Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative ideas.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision making.
- Experience managing a team and working in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: $75,000.00-$90,000.00 per year
