Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate. or equivalent experience. Work setting: Hospital or home for the aged. Nursing home/home for the aged. Tasks: Supply and empty bed pans. Take patients' blood pressure, temperature and pulse. Serve meal trays and feed patients. Make beds and maintain patients' rooms. Bathe, dress and groom patients. Answer call signals to determine patients' needs. Administer first aid in emergency situations. Security and safety: Bondable. Criminal record check. Drug test. Work conditions and physical capabilities: Fast-paced environment. Attention to detail. Standing for extended periods. Combination of sitting, standing, walking.
