*Timmerman Timberworks Inc. *is a leader in the Canadian mass timber industry for the supply and installation of heavy timber, and engineered wood products. We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Administrative Coordinator to join our team. This position will report to the Operations Manager and will encompass various duties relating to project and office administration. The ideal candidate must have previous experience in the construction industry, be organized, detail-oriented and the ability to effectively manage a variety of project related tasks.

*Responsibilities include but are not limited to:*
? Assist with management of electronic document database.
? Coordinate the submission of relevant project documents as requested.
? Assist with tender documentation, filing and correspondence.
? Coordinate the preparation of pre-construction qualifications, proposals and bid submissions.
? Assist with the preparation of presentations, as requested.
? Attend internal coordination and project meetings as required/requested.
? Provide professional administrative support to the Leadership Team in a helpful, respectful, friendly and timely manner.
? Assist in coordinating meeting logistics, prepare agendas, meeting materials and meeting notes for actionable items and follow up.
? Coordination of schedules and travel itineraries.
? Assist Project Management team as requested.
? Assist with project specific accounts payables and accounts receivables, as required.
? Additional duties as assigned.
*Qualifications:*
? Minimum of 5 years of experience in a construction environment.
? Knowledge of Construction terminology.
? Ability to read and interpret construction documents.
? Strong organizational and time management skills.
? Excellent attention to detail.
? Able to work independently and focus in a high paced environment.
? Work effectively in a team environment.
? Must have strong interpersonal, organizational and communication skills.
? Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
