Supervise staff. Train staff. Manage finances or budget. Arrange for shipping documentation and the tracking and tracing of goods in transit. Ensure transport compliance with regulations. Negotiate for services and preferential rates. Oversee the scheduling and dispatching of vehicles and goods. Oversee the setting of transportation service rates and monitor revenue. Organize and maintain inventory. Record cargo information, hours of service, distance travelled and fuel consumption. Work conditions and physical capabilities: Attention to detail. Fast-paced environment. Large caseload. Large workload. Work under pressure. Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years. Support for newcomers and refugees: Assists with immediate settlement needs of newcomers and/or refugees (for example: housing, transportation, storage, childcare, winter clothing, etc.). Provides diversity and cross-cultural trainings to create a welcoming work environment for newcomers and/or refugees . Support for Indigenous people: Provides cultural competency training and/or awareness training to all employees to create a welcoming work environment for Indigenous workers .- LocationMississauga, ON
