Must have knowledge of the establishment's culinary genres. Supervise and check delivery of food trolleys. Establish work schedules. Supervision: 11-15 people. Cook (general). Food and beverage servers. Kitchen and food service helpers. Certificates, licences, memberships, and courses : First Aid Certificate. Food Safety Certificate. Safe Food Handling certificate. Work conditions and physical capabilities: Fast-paced environment. Work under pressure. Standing for extended periods. Personal suitability: Client focus. Efficient interpersonal skills.
