Plan menus and ensure food meets quality standards. Prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances. Clean work area. Supervision: 1 to 2 people. Certificates, licences, memberships, and courses : Cook Trade Certification. Cuisine specialties: Vegetarian. Vietnamese cuisine. Food specialties: Fish and seafood. Meat, poultry and game. Stocks, soups and sauces. Work conditions and physical capabilities: Work under pressure. Handling heavy loads. Combination of sitting, standing, walking. Standing for extended periods.
