Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate. Tasks: Arrange and co-ordinate seminars, conferences, etc.. Plan and control budget and expenditures. Supervise other workers. Establish and implement policies and procedures. Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars and conferences. Determine and establish office procedures and routines. Oversee the classification and rating of occupations. Plan, develop and implement recruitment strategies. Schedule and confirm appointments. Manage contracts. Respond to employee questions and complaints. Organize staff consultation and grievance procedures. Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems. Work with the marketing department to understand and communicate marketing messages to the field. Assign, co-ordinate and review projects and programs. Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations. Supervision: 3-4 people. Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years.
