Provide on-going professional development, training and consultative services to teachers. Develop teaching materials and other resources for program delivery. Monitor and evaluate. Certificates, licences, memberships, and courses : Membership in a provincial or territorial teachers' association or federation. Provincial or Territorial Teaching Certificate.
