Busy Specialist office looking for an individual who has strong communication skills, is enthusiastic, and eager to learn! Medical office experience required. This position is suitable for someone with a good customer service background, self-motivated, and works well within a team.
DUTIES INCLUDE:
- Greeting and checking in patients
- Triaging calls
- Answering phone calls and calling patients with instructions.
- Work with Accuro EMR (training provided) to maintain and update patient records
- Book patient appointments and manage doctors? schedules to ensure smooth office flow
- Other general office tasks as required
Successful applicant MUST possess the following:
- Customer service experience.
- 2 years of Medical office experience or completion of a Medical Office Course
- Ability to learn quickly
- Excellent customer service skills, pleasant and courteous
- Effective communication skills with patients and office staff
- Self-motivated
- Strong organizational and time management skills with an ability to prioritize tasks
- Attention to detail and follow through with tasks
POSITION OFFERS:
- Wage rate of $24 to start, as commensurate with experience
- 2 Weeks of paid Vacation
- Paid Sick Days
- Full time hours 35-40 hours a week.
Our office is open 8:30am ? 4:30pm.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $24.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35 ? 40 per week
