Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate. Tasks: Greet people and direct them to contacts or service areas. Obtain and process information required to provide customer service. Order office supplies. Record and relay information. Schedule and confirm appointments. Maintain work records and logs. Perform clerical duties, such as filing and sorting and distributing mail. Answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages. Monitor mobile radio or telephone. Relay service to persons with disabilities. Perform data entry. Provide customer service. Experience: Will train. Support for newcomers and refugees: Recruits newcomers and/or refugees who were displaced by a conflict or a natural disaster (for example: Ukraine, Afghanistan, etc.) . Offers mentorship programs that pair newcomers and/or refugees with experienced employees . Support for Indigenous people: Offers mentorship, coaching and/or networking opportunities for Indigenous workers .
