Education: Bachelor's degree. Tasks: Conduct feasibility, design operation and performance research of electrical generation and distribution networks. Supervise technicians, technologists, programmers, analysts and other engineers. Prepare material cost and timing estimates, reports and design specifications. Supervise and inspect the installation and operation of electrical and electronic systems and equipment. Develop maintenance and operating standards for electrical and electronic systems and equipment. Investigate electrical or electronic failures. Prepare contract documents and evaluate tenders for construction or maintenance. Set up and operate specialized and standard test equipment to diagnose, test and analyze the performance of electrical and electronic components, assemblies and systems. Supervision: 5-10 people. Area of work experience: Project management. Work conditions and physical capabilities: Fast-paced environment. Work under pressure. Tight deadlines. Attention to detail. Combination of sitting, standing, walking. Standing for extended periods. Physically demanding. Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years.
