*\*Inside Sales Account Manager?* Restaurant Food Wholesale Group - We?re most especially focused on our position in serving the South Western Ontario Regions (i.e. Windsor - Ottawa Corridor).
\*Office located in *Brampton, ON:* must be willing to commute.
*\*What You'll Do\**
Working within our Restaurant Group, you'll use your B2B sales experience to learn client's Restaurant needs and requirements, and establish how we can meet them. You'll maintain long-lasting relationships with existing customers through exceptional after-sales service.
*\*Key \* Activities: *
* sourcing new sales opportunities through cold-calling and emailing.
* Developing in-depth knowledge of product features and benefits, brand strengths and share of market to advance revenue goals and drive growth within territory or account base.
* Utilizing phone calls to build relationships with new customers.
* Processing customers' purchase orders and liaising with the 'back of house' operations to ensure the timely delivery of insertion orders and products.
* Advising customers on suitable product selection based on their needs and specifications.
* Create a business strategy for penetrating new targets and accurately forecasting pipeline each week.
* Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales budgets.
* Creating a sales pipeline to accurately reflect the relative placement of sales prospects in the purchasing process.
* Following up on sales inquiries that are made by potential customers through website chats, emails, and inbound calls.
* Setting up face-to-face meetings between potential customers and Outside Sales
*\*What You'll Bring: *
* Required Language(s): *Mandarin and/or Cantonese *
* Successful completion of a High school diploma or GED.
* Bachelor's degree in business administration or management, marketing, or related field is preferred.
* Proficiency in all Microsoft office applications and customer relationship management (CRM) software.
* Proven sales experience with a minimum of 1-3 years of experience in B2B sales or marketing.
* Proven success in prospecting and selling by phone; ability to uncover customer needs and challenges in their marketing approach and use innovation to inspire customers and prospects.
* Ability to work a territory or account list to drive pipeline fulfillment and close sales to meet a sales revenue budget.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, understanding customer needs and having the ability to focus on solving them.
* Excellent negotiation and consultative sales skills.
* Exceptional customer service skills together with effective communication skills
* Actively embraces digital, social media and experiential products.
* Excels in a ever changing and fast-paced environment, embracing a diversity of tasks and projects.
* Comfortable working with others and individually. Experience working a large group of accounts.

Pay: From $35,000.00 per year
