Job details
Dooley Lucenti LLP is seeking a part time Office Manager to join our firm. We are seeking someone who will ensure the office operations are running smoothly and is a team player. The successful candidate will be responsible overseeing office procedures, managing staff, and drafting and distribution communications and policies.
The ideal candidate should be comfortable in or be familiar with:
\*the full recruitment process, including job posting, reviewing resumes, pre screen candidates, conduct interviews, provide salary recommendations, and preparing employment agreements;
\*the full orientation process, including welcoming new hires to the team, working with IT to set up computer access, ensuring payroll forms are completed, ensuring they are familiar with office policies and practices;
\*being the point of contact and liaison between office staff and lawyers and IT providers on technical issues;
\*manage the annual Performance Review process between lawyers and Staff;
\*manage employee performance;
\*benefit coordination, including enrolling new members, terminating members, updating member information in the benefit portal;
\*draft policies and communication to Staff and Lawyers;
\*being the point of contact for marketing, promotion, sponsorship, website design and social media updates;
\*manage PTO requests;

Job Type: Part-time
