_Medical Office Receptionist/Administrator _
Office Receptionist/Administrator needed for Foot and Orthotic Clinic in Bolton. Looking for someone with experience in office administration/reception. Looking for a friendly, confidant and reliable candidate who takes initiative and is looking to grow within the position.
*Responsibilities/Duties*
-Keep office systems and protocols running smoothly including ordering office and medical supplies, organizing filing systems, updating inventory and maintaining office.
-Take initiative and implement new protocols or procedures within clinic as needed.
-Attention to detail, create and update client records and make sure days are set up for practitioners.
*Qualifications *
-Experience as a medical office receptionist and /or office manager highly preferred but not required.
-Excellent time management and prioritization of tasks.
-Excellent communication skills both written and oral. Good interpersonal skills.
-Strong computer skills and ability to efficiently learn new programs (quickbooks, Excel, Word, Telus Health, Blue Cross, CEIS system)
- Knowledge on billing insurance companies.
-Knowledge of social media would be an asset but not necessary.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Schedule:
* Day shift
* Evening shift
* Monday to Friday
* Weekends as needed
