Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate. Tasks: Receive and forward telephone or electronic enquiries. Sort, process and verify applications, receipts and other documents. Process incoming and outgoing mail manually or electronically. Perform basic bookkeeping tasks. Prepare invoices and bank deposits.
