Overview:
Looking for a friendly and communicative Administrative Assistant to join our team. As an Admin Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our phone and email communications and organizing data, as well as calling clients to ask them to book work.
Duties:
- Answer and direct phone calls with professionalism and courtesy
- Use a computer and phone for data entry, scheduling, and communication
- Willing and able to learn to use Jobber and Whatsapp to perform a variety of tasks
- Sometimes perform clerical tasks such as photocopying, faxing, mailing, and filing
- Handle incoming calls effectively
- Organize and maintain physical and digital files efficiently
Qualifications:
- The most important thing is a good attitude and a willingness to learn. Strong English, typing, communication skills and positivity are great assets.
- Experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role is great
- Phone etiquette and communication skills
- Proficiency in computer applications including Google Suite is beneficial
- Strong clerical skills with attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
- Some familiarity with phone systems and office equipment is beneficial
- Experience with QuickBooks or basic accounting software is advantageous but not required

Pay: $19.00-$26.00 per hour
