*Job summary*
The primary purpose of this role will be to provide administrative support to the various production departments within the paint shop facility.
*Responsibilities include*
* Issue parts, arrange the Cage/Shelf with quarantine parts and maintain a parts list
* Answer customer requests to locate specific parts, for core parts information and for certificates
* Answer or provide solutions for any questions from clients and customers
* Answer or solve any queries and coordinate between purchasing, receiving and shipping departments.
* Assist planner in creating work packages
* Follow up on various files (compliance with instructions, technical responses, non-conformances, procedures, etc.)
* Create and maintain reports to track progress of activities and delivery performance
* Create shipping notices for items to be returned to the manufacturer or stored at other locations
* Perform reports, matrix updates, and support production meetings, when necessary
* Ensure all documents are up to date
* Create a schedule (production sequence) of the paint on an Aircraft from data provided by the paint shop supervisor on Excell.
* Fill out paint shop production method
* Define and describe work instructions for production
*Requirements*
* Highschool diploma
* Technical diploma or DEC in related field preferred
* Experience in managing personnel in a unionized environment, considered an asset.
* Minimum of 3-5 years of administrative experience in a manufacturing or production environment
* Proficient with MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)
* Bilingual in French and English
