Infrastructure Security team is responsible for the engineering and delivery of infrastructure security capabilities and solutions, with a primary focus on network and identity, across TD's hybrid cloud environments. Our goal is to deliver secure and stable networks, hosting platforms, and applications to our internal and external customers. This mandate is met via the introduction and ongoing refinement of infrastructure security products, solutions, and services, the creation of standards and specifications, and development of ongoing operational & delivery processes. The team collaborates closely with other business and technology teams on strategic initiatives, including our risk management partners to align technology solutions with business, governance, and regulatory requirements.The Product Owner II ? Cloud IAM will be responsible to ensure that the Cloud IAM engineering & development team is creating value for the organization through the delivery of customer focused product increments. This entails aligning with other Product Owners and senior management to create and follow a product vision, creating and maintaining a prioritized product backlog, managing delivery blockers, continuously assessing customer feedback, and assessing how the product or the delivery process can be continuously improved.The successful candidate must have demonstrated the ability to drive a team in the architecting, design and delivery of scalable cloud identity and access management solutions within enterprise environments, working collaboratively with business partners, risk management organizations, and other operations & Infrastructure teams. Roles and ResponsibilitiesPartner with management to support the delivery of a product vision, and create and maintain a product backlog and continuously re-prioritize user stories that will provide the most customer value in delivering against the vision.Collaborate with other engineering pod owners, requestors, and release train engineers to identify, scope, and plan work for the IAM Engineering PodCreate a value-focused product backlog and continuously iterate, ensuring there are user stories scoped and prioritizedProvide user story design, development and completion oversight; accepting / rejecting user stories based on the agreed upon Definition of Done and Acceptance CriteriaContinuously align with senior management on the product delivery roadmap, with defined Minimum Viable Products and release cadencesAccountable for specialized product development support based on deep IAM domain expertise and knowledge of Agile processes, roles and practicesKeep current on emerging business trends and regulatory/risk issues as a basis for recommending large-scale product, technical, functional or operations improvements.Advise on execution strategy and lead the development and deployment of functional programs or initiatives within infrastructure securitySolve unique and ambiguous problems with broad impact; typically oversees standards, controls and operating methods that have significant financial and operationalAct as a brand ambassador for Infrastructure Security and the bank, both internally and externallyJob Requirements10+ years of experience in Identity & Access Management domain in an architecture, engineering, or delivery capacityIn-depth experience with cloud IAM technologies, including role management, IAM policy management, OIDC Federation, managed identities, etc.Experience with CICD framework and common DevOps tools and technologies used for orchestration
