Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to provide administrative support to our executive team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be proficient in office software, and possess strong organizational abilities. As an Executive Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our organization.
Duties:
- Manage the executive's calendar, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations
- Answer phone calls and direct inquiries to the appropriate person or department
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records
- Assist with proofreading documents for accuracy and clarity
- File and organize documents, both physical and electronic
- Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations
- Provide general administrative support to the executive team
- Conduct research and organize events
Experience:
- Previous experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Familiarity with office equipment such as printers, scanners, and phone systems
- Strong data entry skills with attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
