*The Role*
We are currently looking for an enthusiastic *Customer Service Representative * to join our team. As a member of our team, you'll work in a supportive and positive environment with experienced professionals dedicated to providing exceptional customer experience.
*Your Impact*
The Customer Service Representative provides exceptional customer service in the retail store by processing sales
Your responsibilities:
* Demonstrates thorough knowledge of all food and beverage items available.
* Receive and accurately process customer orders, including alcoholic beverages.
* Operate the point-of-sale machine to facilitate customer purchases.
* Provide prompt and courteous service.
* Respond to customer inquiries, helping as needed.
* Replenish stock on shelves and in display cases, ensuring an organized presentation.
* Prepare various products.
* Maintain a clean and sanitary environment.
* Comply with all safety legislation, adhering to established safe work procedures and practices.
* Serve alcoholic beverages in a responsible manner, complying with relevant alcohol service laws and regulations.
*About You*
* Possess a year of valuable experience in a customer service role.
* Hold a valid Smart Serve License for responsible alcohol service.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, enhancing customer service and team collaboration.
* Commit to a people-focused approach, striving to provide exceptional customer service consistently.
* Maintain positive working relationships with colleagues and management.
* Exhibit a strong ability to multitask and perform efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced setting.
