Conduct pre-operational checks on equipment. Prepare accident reports. Operate hydraulic pumping systems. Certificates, licences, memberships, and courses : Heavy Equipment Operator Trade Certification. Driver's License (Class 3 or D). Air Brake (Z) Endorsement. Construction Safety Training Systems (CSTS) Certificate. Ground Disturbance - Level 1 program. Type of heavy equipment operated: Backhoe excavator, loader. Bulldozer, large or small. Area of work experience: Ditching. Excavation. Trenching. Type of industry experience: Telecommunication and communications. Transportation/travel information: Valid driver's licence.
