Our goal is to improve, simplify and accelerate processes by using technologies to deliver better and faster services to our customers.Reporting to the Director of Business Architecture and Solutions, you will lead the definition and execution of our Robotic Process Automation (FCR) program with a cross-functional team of architects, software developers and business analysts. This strategic role requires someone with exceptional program management skills, proven technical expertise, and a passion for operational excellence through innovative software solutions. The successful candidate will play a critical role in transforming our business processes, improving efficiency and creating new growth opportunitiesKey Responsibilities? Develop and implement an overall FCR strategy that aligns with the organization's long-term goals and objectives.? Work closely with cross-functional teams including business process owners, IT professionals and stakeholders to identify and prioritize automation opportunities? Lead the design, development and implementation of FCR solutions, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems and processes.? Oversee the selection and deployment of FCR tools and technologies, assessing their fit and effectiveness for various automation scenarios.? Establish and maintain strong FCR governance and compliance frameworks, ensuring compliance with regulations and industry standards.? Track and evaluate the performance and effectiveness of FCR initiatives, identifying areas of improvement and implementing necessary adjustments.? Provide regular status reports and updates to management on the status of projects and FCR initiatives? Facilitate training and knowledge transfer sessions for stakeholders and end users, fostering a culture of adoption and use of FCR.? Stay abreast of the latest FCR trends and technologies, recommending and implementing innovative solutions to drive continuous improvement? Represent the FCR program in cross-functional meetings and discussions, effectively communicating the benefits and challenges of automation to stakeholders.Qualifications? Undergraduate degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics or equivalent experience ? 10 years experience in delivering scalable enterprise systems in IT and network technologies, preferably in a telecommunications environment.? 5 years experience in a team lead role? Demonstrated track record of leading and executing complex initiatives, demonstrating exceptional project management skills.?
