We are seeking an experienced Property Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of property management for 110 residential units. Must be flexible and available for any call - outs including tenant relations, rent collection, and maintenance. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in office management, excellent customer service skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. We are looking for a motivated individual who is committed to providing exceptional service to our tenants and ensuring that our properties are well-maintained and profitable. Responsibilities: * Maintain and manage property records and Rental Tenancy Agreements in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations. * Administration and organization of property management office. * Ensure the safety and security of the property and its occupants. * Knowledge of property management systems. * Handle tenant inquiries and complaints in a timely manner. * Collect rent payments and other fees from tenants. * Conduct regular inspections of the property to ensure that it is in good condition. * Negotiate contracts with vendors for services such as landscaping, repairs, etc. Job Type: Full-time Pay: $23.00-$24.00 per hour Schedule: * Day shift Ability to commute/relocate: * Kitimat, BC: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required) Experience: * property management: 1 year (required) Location: * Kitimat, BC (required) Work Location: In person- LocationKitimat, BC
