Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate. Tasks: Arrange and co-ordinate seminars, conferences, etc.. Assist with staff consultation and grievance procedures. Coordinate the activities of the HR department in order to ensure they meet the organization's goals . Coordinate the flow of information within the team. Plan and control budget and expenditures. Review HR projects to assure compliance with laws and regulations . Establish and implement policies and procedures. Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars and conferences. Determine and establish office procedures and routines. Oversee the classification and rating of occupations. Manage training and development strategies. Arrange travel, related itineraries and make reservations. Provide customer service. Maintain and manage digital database. Evaluate work environments, programs and procedures to control, eliminate, and prevent disease or injury. Personal suitability: Ability to multitask. Organized. Team player. Time management.
