Education: Bachelor's degree. Tasks: Plan and control budget and expenditures. Plan, develop, implement and evaluate human resources policies and programs. Co-ordinate employee performance and appraisal programs. Oversee the analysis of employee data and information. Advise senior management. Hire, train and supervise staff. Negotiate collective agreements on behalf of employers or workers. Oversee payroll administration. Conduct performance reviews. Evaluate work environments, programs and procedures to control, eliminate, and prevent disease or injury. Assign, co-ordinate and review projects and programs.
