Engineering and science - - Mission WHAT TO EXPECT Under the supervision of the Maintenance, Plant and Equipment Manager, you will be responsible for planning the work of the maintenance team using the maintenance management software (CMMS), purchasing parts and managing maintenance inventory, as well as training new users. You'll also be responsible for managing the supply clerk to help you achieve your objectives. Here's an overview of your tasks: Plan maintenance team tasks (labor, equipment, parts, drawings, instructions, etc.).Carry out analyses in order to target the various corrective measures to be taken on equipment.Create, plan and track work orders in the planning tool according to established priorities.Plan major production shutdownsUpdate and optimize the preventive maintenance programCreate purchase orders for parts required by the maintenance teamManage component inventories specific to equipment maintenanceAll other related tasksProfileWHAT WE?RE LOOKING FOR DEC or BACC in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, industrial electronics and/or other relevant training3 to 5 years' experience as a maintenance planner or maintenance project managerExperience in employee management will be considered an assetTeam-orientedGood priority management and action-oriented skillsStructured and good stress management skillsKnowledge of maintenance management systems (CMMS) is an asset Good knowledge of IT tools (Office)Functional English required to communicate with certain suppliers WHAT WE HAVE TO OFFERPermanent full-time positionYou'll be joining a team that's committed to solving day-to-day issues, but always in a pleasant work environment!
