Job details
Education: No degree, certificate or diploma. Tasks: Load, unload and transport construction materials. Mix, pour and spread materials such as concrete and asphalt. Level earth to fine grade specifications. Clean up chemical spills and other contaminants. Remove rubble and other debris at construction sites. Experience: Will train. Support for persons with disabilities: Provides physical accessibility accommodations (for example: ramps, elevators, etc.). Applies accessible and inclusive recruitment policies that accommodate persons with disabilities . Support for newcomers and refugees: Participates in a government or community program or initiative that supports newcomers and/or refugees. Does not require Canadian work experience. Support for youths: Participates in a government or community program or initiative that supports youth employment. Support for Indigenous people: Participates in a government or community program or initiative that supports Indigenous people. Facilitates access to Elders who can offer support and guidance to Indigenous workers . Supports for visible minorities: Participates in a government or community program or initiative that supports members of visible minorities.
