Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year. or equivalent experience. Work setting: Pharmacy or drugstore. Tasks: Enter client information in databases. Help pharmacists. Bill third party insurers. Compound oral solutions, ointments and creams. Maintain inventories of medications and prescription records of pharmaceutical products. Stock shelves and display areas. Assist health care professionals.
