Education: No degree, certificate or diploma. Tasks: Load, unload and move products and materials by hand or with basic material handling equipment. Pick orders and stock. Weigh materials and goods. Make labels and attach to goods. Wrap goods. Pack and unpack goods. Sort, crate and stack goods. Install, lash and secure goods. Organize and maintain inventory. Perform labouring duties in warehouses. Work conditions and physical capabilities: Physically demanding. Hand-eye co-ordination. Bending, crouching, kneeling. Weight handling: Up to 23 kg (50 lbs). Personal suitability: Adaptability. Efficiency. Energetic. Hardworking. Time management. Team player. Experience: Will train. Support for newcomers and refugees: Supports social and labour market integration of newcomers and/or refugees (for example: facilitating access to community resources, language training, skills training, etc.). Supports newcomers and/or refugees with foreign credential recognition. Does not require Canadian work experience. Support for youths: Offers on-the-job training tailored to youth. Provides awareness training to employees to create a welcoming work environment for youth.
