Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate. Tasks: Remove bones from meat. Wrap and package prepared meats. Weigh meats for sale. Prepare special displays of meats, poultry and fish products. Grind meats. Cut, trim and prepare standard cuts of meat. Supervise other butchers, meat cutters and fishmongers. Work conditions and physical capabilities: Repetitive tasks. Handling heavy loads. Physically demanding. Weight handling: Up to 45 kg (100 lbs).
