Education: College/CEGEP. Work setting: Restaurant. Tasks: Evaluate daily operations . Open and distribute mail and other materials. Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars and conferences. Plan, develop and implement recruitment strategies. Schedule and confirm appointments. Manage contracts. Answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages. Order office supplies and maintain inventory. Arrange travel, related itineraries and make reservations. Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems. Conduct performance reviews. Computer and technology knowledge: MS Excel. MS Outlook. MS Word. Security and safety: Criminal record check.
