Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years. or equivalent experience. Tasks: Authorize routine deposits and withdrawals. Establish work schedules and procedures. Examine and verify the accuracy of work . Prepare and submit reports. Perform same duties as workers supervised. Recruit and hire staff. Maintain operation of computer systems, equipment, machinery and arrange repair work to ensure business continuity and customer service delivery. Review and update credit and loan files. Prepare statements on delinquent accounts. Forward irreconcilable accounts for collector action. Complete credit and loan documentation. Authorize loan and credit applications. Process money, cheques and credit/debit card payments. Manage cash. Supervision: Tellers, financial services. 1 to 2 people. Type of service and repair: Electronic cash register. Computer and technology knowledge: MS Office. Google Docs. Work conditions and physical capabilities: Attention to detail. Fast-paced environment. Large workload. Tight deadlines.
