Responsibilities
Tasks

Authorize routine deposits and withdrawals

Establish work schedules and procedures

Maintain operation of computer systems, equipment, machinery and arrange repair work to ensure business continuity and customer service delivery

Review and update credit and loan files

Prepare statements on delinquent accounts

Forward irreconcilable accounts for collector action

Complete credit and loan documentation

Authorize loan and credit applications

Process money, cheques and credit/debit card payments
