Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate. Tasks: Plan and organize operational logistics of the organization. Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments. Prepare and submit reports. Co-ordinate traffic flow of supplies. Prepare and maintain progress and other reports. Keep track of shipments. Schedule assignments and co-ordinate activities of vehicle operators, crews and equipment. Organize and maintain inventory. Personal suitability: Organized. Reliability. Team player. Experience: Experience an asset. Support for newcomers and refugees: Offers mentorship programs that pair newcomers and/or refugees with experienced employees . Offers mentorship, coaching and/or networking opportunities for youth. Provides awareness training to employees to create a welcoming work environment for youth.
