Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years. or equivalent experience. Tasks: Establish and implement policies and procedures for information systems. Authorize the development of specifications for products or services. Assign, co-ordinate and review projects and programs. Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations. Supervision: 3-4 people. Computer and technology knowledge: Computer programming. Data analysis and interpretation. Data processing and systems. Networking hardware. Networking software. Security and safety: Basic security clearance. Work conditions and physical capabilities: Fast-paced environment. Work under pressure. Attention to detail. Personal suitability: Efficient interpersonal skills. Excellent oral communication.
