Education: No degree, certificate or diploma. Work site environment: At heights. Dangerous. Outdoors. Wet/damp. Work setting: On-site customer service. Various locations. Tasks: Clean ducts, vents and filters of furnaces. Wash and clean interior and exterior windows and other glass surfaces. Certificates, licences, memberships, and courses : Industrial Rope Access Trade Association (IRATA) Certification. Suspended access equipment training. Equipment and machinery experience: Pressure washers. Area of work experience: Snow removal. Work conditions and physical capabilities: Attention to detail. Combination of sitting, standing, walking. Hand-eye co-ordination. Manual dexterity. Physically demanding. Work under pressure. Personal suitability: Accurate. Client focus. Excellent oral communication. Organized. Team player.
