Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate. or equivalent experience. Work site environment: All weather conditions. Work setting: Apartment/condominium complex. Tasks: Sweep, mop, scrub and wax hallways, floors and stairs. Wash windows, interior walls and ceilings. Perform other routine maintenance jobs such as painting and drywall repair. Water and tend to plants, lawns and/or gardens. Clean snow and ice from walkways and parking areas. Area of work experience: Cleaning. Equipment: Carpet cleaning machine. Power tools. Power lawn mowers. Small tractors (lawn/snow removal attachments). Snowblower. Security and safety: Criminal record check. Transportation/travel information: Valid driver's licence. Work conditions and physical capabilities: Bending, crouching, kneeling. Weight handling: Up to 45 kg (100 lbs). Personal suitability: Dependability. Judgement. Organized. Reliability.
