Job details
Education: No degree, certificate or diploma. Work setting: Warehouse. Manufacture. Tasks: Load, unload and move products and materials by hand or with basic material handling equipment. Operate a variety of equipment to load, unload and move materials and products. Pick orders and stock. Make labels and attach to goods. Pack and unpack goods. Sort, crate and stack goods. Install, lash and secure goods. Store cargo and materials. Organize and maintain inventory. Work conditions and physical capabilities: Physically demanding. Bending, crouching, kneeling. Government programs: Recognized employer. Experience: Will train. Support for newcomers and refugees: Assists with immediate settlement needs of newcomers and/or refugees (for example: housing, transportation, storage, childcare, winter clothing, etc.). Support for youths: Offers on-the-job training tailored to youth.
