Job details
Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate. Tasks: Register arriving guests and assign rooms. Take, cancel and change room reservations. Provide information on hotel facilities and services. Answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages. Contact customers to deliver requested wakeup calls. Provide customer service. Experience: Experience an asset. Support for newcomers and refugees: Assists with immediate settlement needs of newcomers and/or refugees (for example: housing, transportation, storage, childcare, winter clothing, etc.). Supports newcomers and/or refugees with foreign credential recognition. Support for youths: Provides awareness training to employees to create a welcoming work environment for youth. Support for Indigenous people: Provides cultural competency training and/or awareness training to all employees to create a welcoming work environment for Indigenous workers .
