Your responsibilities will include: *Key Qualifications:* * *Good Customer Service:* Demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills and a friendly demeanor to build rapport with customers. * *Strong Communication:* Effectively communicate with customers and team members through written and verbal channels, ensuring clear and concise job notes. * *Physical Capabilities:* Maneuver comfortably in various spaces, including crawl spaces and attics. Use hands and arms to handle, install, position, and move materials. Pay meticulous attention to detail. * *Equipment Inspection:* Inspect equipment, structures, or materials to identify pest-related issues or defects. Perform pest-proofing repair work on homes and buildings. * *Information Gathering:* Observe, receive, and record work activities to provide customers with comprehensive information from all significant sources for a pest-free environment. * *Safety:* Take necessary precautions when handling potentially hazardous chemicals to protect yourself and others.
