A successful candidate will be solution-oriented, possesses high level of attention to detail, highly organized, possess effective time management skills and a professional demeanour. *Responsibilities & Duties:* _(includes, but not limited to)_ * Assisting the Project Manager in daily tasks * Generating Purchase Orders for field staff * Purchasing materials and equipment as directed by the Project Manager and ensuring items are on budget * Taking out heating/electrical permits for residential and commercial projects * Organize safety training for employees, and ensure records are kept. * Shipping & Receiving * Vehicle maintenance tracking, booking of regular maintenance services, CVI?s, obtaining quotes and approvals for repairs, coordinating with staff to pickup/drop off vehicles/equipment * General administrative support * Data Entry * Inventory Management *Skills & Attributes:* * Highly organized with a high level of attention to detail * Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, and other related software * Ability to multi-task and work well under pressure * Able to prioritize to meet deadlines * Must have excellent written and oral communication skills * Ability to work both independently and as part of a team * Project Coordination experience would be considered an asset * Construction experience would be considered an asset. * Accounting experience would be considered an asset Please include your Resume and Cover Letter We thank all interested applicants.
