Job details
Education: Degree in medicine, dentistry, veterinary medicine or optometry. or equivalent experience. Tasks: Coordinate the delivery of health care services within the department. Direct and control daily operations . Plan and organize daily operations. Hire, train, direct and motivate staff. Schedule and confirm appointments. Provide staff training. Order dental and office supplies. Office management. Manage accounts receivable. Maintain inventory of supplies. Implement treatment plans. Answer clients' inquiries and provide information. Organize process of incoming and outgoing mail. Supervision: 16-20 people. Work conditions and physical capabilities: Fast-paced environment. Work under pressure. Screening questions: Do you have previous experience in this field of employment?. Do you have the above-indicated required certifications?. Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years.
