Education: No degree, certificate or diploma. Work setting: Metal product fabrication industry. Tasks: Check products for correct shapes, dimensions and other specifications. Select and transport material to work area manually or using crane or hoist. Certificates, licences, memberships, and courses : Forklift Operator Certification. Equipment and machinery experience: Brakes. Shears. Use computer numerical control (CNC) machines. Metal forming or shaping operations experience: Bending. Cutting machine. Forming. Work conditions and physical capabilities: Attention to detail. Hand-eye co-ordination. Physically demanding. Standing for extended periods. Weight handling: Up to 23 kg (50 lbs). Own tools/equipment: Steel-toed safety boots. Personal suitability: Judgement. Team player. Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years. Health benefits: Dental plan. Health care plan.
