Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate. or equivalent experience. Tasks: Authorize routine deposits and withdrawals. Establish work schedules and procedures. Examine and verify the accuracy of work . Identify workers' training needs. Prepare and submit reports. Conduct performance reviews. Perform same duties as workers supervised. Recruit and hire staff. Co-ordinate, assign and review work. Maintain operation of computer systems, equipment, machinery and arrange repair work to ensure business continuity and customer service delivery. Requisition materials and supplies. Organize and maintain inventory. Supervision: 5-10 people. Computer and technology knowledge: MS Office. Work conditions and physical capabilities: Fast-paced environment. Large workload. Overtime required. Tight deadlines. Work under pressure. Personal suitability: Dependability.
