Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years. Tasks: Open and distribute regular and electronic incoming mail and other material. Schedule and confirm appointments. Maintain filing system. Determine and establish office procedures and routines. Arrange travel, related itineraries and make reservations. Prepare financial statements and reports. Prepare and key in correspondence and legal documents. Computer and technology knowledge: MS Word. MS Office. Quick Books. Adobe Acrobat Reader.
